Submitting a case of your own

Being in the world of pulmonary and critical care medicine is fun - but it can be challenging. Wouldn't you like to see what others think about a particulary vexing case? Getting feedback on a patient might confirm your suspicions or steer you in an other direction entirely. Or perhaps you simply want to stump others or discuss an interesting patient you saw recently.
Alternatively you might simply have a question you'd like answered (for example )....

If you are a primary care doc, a fellow, resident or even a medical student, we would love to hear from you too. No question is too "insignificant". If you have the question, then it's significant.

You can email your case to pulmonaryroundtable@gmail.com and we will post it. If you have images (jpg, tif, etc) you may attach them to the email. The case can be long and complex, or it may be a simple paragraph with enough of the pertinent date to get your point across - it's really up to you.

In your email, please leave a name that we will include in the post. "Anonymous" is certainly acceptable. And don't worry. We will not post your email address in the post.
